Our factory chooses high-quality raw materials to ensure the safety

① Low-carbon steel wire, which is protected by hot galvanizing or
cold galvanizing. The thickness of galvanized protective layer is
made according to customer requirements, and the normal galvanizing
amount is 20-300g/m2m.
② Galfan coated wire(zinc 5% aluminum or zinc 10% aluminum), with
corrosion resistance more than three times that of traditional pure
zinc plating, and tensile strength of the steel wire not less than
380Mpa.
③ PVC/PE galvanized steel wire, wrap a layer of PVC or PE
protective layer on the surface of high-quality low-carbon steel
wire to increase protection in high pollution environments, and
choose different colors to blend with the surrounding environment.
④ Stainless steel wire, which has strong anti-corrosion
performance.
Can be Assembled by springs, C-rings. Reinforced by Hooks.

The wire used to manufacture double twisted gabion wire mesh is
soft annealed, mild steel wire provided with heavy zinc coating as
per EN 10244/ASTM A 641 to prevent corrosion. In case of use in
aggressive environments, it is further extruded with 0.5mm thick
PVC Coating.
