2x1x1m welded gabion box is one size of our gabion baskets. It is
assembled by fixing the welded gabion mesh with various types of
binding wires to its front, back, left, right, top and bottom
panels, as well as the diaphragm.
Use high-quality low carbon steel wire, It is processed and formed
by automatic, precise and accurate mechanical equipment in strict
accordance with the BS1052:1986 standard, and then passivated and
plasticized by processes such as electrogalvanizing, hot-dip
galvanizing, plastic/pvc coating, plastic dipping or Galfan.

The weight of zinc coating is different for different materials,
which is meet the quality testing standard of EN10244-2:2001.
Normal Hot dipped galvanized material's zinc coating is 40-80g/㎡,
Heavy galvanized material's zinc coating is 220-300g/㎡,
Galfan material's zinc coating is 220-500g/㎡,
We support customization of special galvanizing quantities, such as
over 300g/㎡, over 400g/㎡, around 500g/㎡, etc.
And the tensile strength of different materials also varies,
generally ranging from 350-550MPA, and even up to 800MPA, all meet
the quality testing standard of EN ISO 6892-1:2016.
